  • I assisted a Senior Amazon PPC manager in implementing various PPC strategies for the past 10 months. Through this hands-on experience, I honed my PPC skills such as Advanced Keyword research, Product launch process, Bulk campaign creation, and doing customized reports. Leverage tools such as Helium 10, Data Dive, and Scale Insights.

  • I help maintain good quality service in the cafe by guiding and monitoring the staff, solving problems that concern the customers, and making schedules to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly. I also manage our Instagram account, creating and posting content that helps us reach potential audiences.

  • Basic Social Media Management. These include scheduling updates, sharing relevant content on Facebook, and engaging with followers.

  • I assist our youtube crew filming appropriate videos. Also, in releasing and promoting our public videos.

  • I provide clients accurate and condensed (bulleted) notes of live and/or recorded classes, which are prepared using an automatic transcription system.

  • I ensure that all notes are detailed and easy to comprehend for the client and that my performance is up to the company's quality standards.

  • I undergo evaluation and coaching on a monthly basis (or as needed) in order to keep an above standard performance.

McDonald's isn't always a great place to work, but it is a good place to start. It provides me with essential workforce skills which I believe I will be able to apply in my next job.

  • Teamwork- I learned how to work with other people since cooperation is what makes the goal come true.
